Click on the link below to read a Missoulian sports article reporting on the Hellgate basketball game in 2013. If one looks into the roster of the "Knights" one would find that many and maybe most of the players transferred in from other schools. Are the Missoula teams, and perhaps teams from other cities, really school teams or are they just high school AAU teams?
Hellgate boys claim state basketball championship
missoula school watchdog is listening to the championship game on the radio tonight. Names heard are: Baerlocher - sounds like Frenchtown or Florence area to msw, Mahlum - sounds like Frenchtown to msw, Tinkle - sounds like Big Sky to msw, etc. Get my drift. msw has heard that there are only THREE TRUE HELLGATE KNIGHTS ON THE TEAM THIS YEAR. HOW MANY WILL THERE BE NEXT YEAR??
